You must not list items that are considered to be indecent by Federal and State laws and/or illegal to sell in the United States. This will be strictly enforced at the discretion of YourHighBid.com.

Alcohol
A valid liquor license number must be displayed in all listings that sell wine and other alcohol on YourHighBid.com. All Federal and State laws must be obeyed.

Animals, Animal Products, Organs or any Body Parts
Any illegal animal/wildlife products or internal organs including human parts & remains may not be sold on YourHighBid.com. Live animals may not be sold on YourHighBid.com.

Authenticity
Brand name items sold on YourHighBid.com must be accompanied by proof of authenticity. Such proof of authenticity must be clearly stated in the listing description. Listings that are suspect of perpetrating fraud will be removed without notice.

Downloadable/Digital Material
Items that can be downloaded (digital) can only be listed on YourHighBid.com by sellers that own the material or are authorized to distribute such material. Adult and/or sexual downloadable material is prohibited.

Drugs/Controlled Substances
Any controlled prescription drugs both herbal or chemical may not be listed on YourHighBid.com.

Fireworks
Fireworks of any kind may not be listed on YourHighBid.com.

Food
Food items listed on YourHighBid.com must be sealed and have labels that meet all Federal and State laws. Perishable food items may not be listed on YourHighBid.com.

Lock Picking Devices
Lock picking or lock smith devices, including key cutters, may not be listed on YourHighBid.com.

Noxious/Poisonous Plants and/or Seeds
Before listing plants or seeds ensure you are aware and up-to-date with the current legislation for noxious/poisonous plants and/or seeds. Plants and/or seeds that are officially listed as a noxious/poisonous may not be listed on YourHighBid.com.

OEM Software
Original Equipment Manufacturer software (OEM) may not be listed on YourHighBid.com unless listed with the specified accompanying hardware.

Police and Emergency Services Related Items
Official Police or Emergency services equipment related items regardless of origin (other countries) may not be listed on YourHighBid.com.

Real Estate
Real estate, Time-Shares, Pyramid Schemes, etc. may not be listed on YourHighBid.com. Listings will be decided at the discretion of YourHighBid.com.

Stolen Goods
Goods to which you are not the legal owner and/or which you are not legally entitled to sell may not be listed on YourHighBid.com.

Tickets Over Face Value
Tickets re-sold beyond their face value may not be listed on YourHighBid.com. To prevent tickets being sold over their face value use the YHB "Get It Now" feature.

Tobacco
Tobacco which includes cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco may not be listed on YourHighBid.com. Tobacco related items may be listed.

Used Cosmetics
Used cosmetics of any kind may not be listed on YourHighBid.com.

Weapons and Firearms
Weapons and Firearms may not be listed on YourHighBid.com. Knives/swords which comply with current Federal and State laws may be listed. Listings will be decided at the discretion of YourHighBid.com.

Other Items
Any and all items deemed inappropriate, immoral, unlawful, or questionable by YourHighBid.com, will not be listed on YourHighBid.com. Any listed items that are in violation of the Listing Policy and/or Terms of Service will be edited for content or suspended by the Admin of YourHighBid.com.

PayPal Payment Information.
Sellers should clearly state in their listings if non-standard PayPal payment methods are expected for goods sold. Buyers have the right to this information before purchase.

Laws
These Listing Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of the United States of America.
